Coconut water (fresh if you can or store bought )
Peel kiwis and pack into # 14 or 20 bottles, depending on how large you like your smoothie. Leave a decent headspace to allow for the addition of yogurt, chia and the stick blender to blitz.
Top up with coconut water.
Seal with ring, lid and clip and process for 60 minutes in your Simple Natural Preserving Kit.
