Dried Kale Chips with Turmeric & Chilli

Ingredients

1/4 bunch kale

1 tsp dried turmeric

1 tsp tamari

1/4 cup nutritional yeast

1 tsp chilli

1 tsp salt

1/4 cup olive oil


Method

Mix all ingredients (except kale) until well combined. Wash & dry kale, tear into large pieces removing the stem.

Place in a bowl, pour over the mix and massage well into the kale.

Dry on a Fowlers Clean-A-Screen and dry in your Fowlers Ultimate Dehydrator on the Fruit & Vegetable setting for approx. 4-8 hours.

Once dried and cooled, store in a Fowlers No.31 Bottle with ring, lid and clip.
