Preserved Figs with Honey & Anise


Ripe Figs

Organic, raw honey

3-4 star anise per bottle



Wash and dry Figs

Place Rings on Preserving bottles.  Halve figs and pack into bottles, add 1 tbs honey per bottle ( add more or less to taste ), add star anise, top up with water leaving a 12mm headspace. Seal with lid and clip and process in your Simple Natural Preserving Kit for 60 minutes...or as per your Preserver Instructions.
