2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup cooked quinoa, well drained and cooled
3/4 cup stewed apples (drained)
4 tbsp golden syrup (or honey)
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup mixed dried fruits
1/2 cup home dried blueberries (other home dried berries also work well especially strawberries)
Place oats & quinoa in bowl, add stewed apple and honey and mix thoroughly. Add dried blueberries, combine thoroughly.
Form into bar shapes and place on a Clean-a-Screen in Fowlers Dehydrator.
Dry on fruit setting for 3-3 1/2 hours
