Easy Fruit Mince


210g grated Granny Smith apple (skin on, 4 apples)
250g sultanas
40g dried cranberries
250g currants
90ml vinegar
7ml brandy
20g peel (or finely shredded skin of fresh oranges)
25g Jamsetta
1 teaspoon mixed spice


Place all ingredients into pan and bring to boil, simmer for 5-10 minutes.

Seal jar with ring, lid & clip and process in Simple Natural Preserving Kit for 60 minutes, or process as Preserver type.
