Mince Pie Shortcrust Pastry

Ingredients

550g biscuit flour (or plain flour)
130g castor sugar
245g butter chilled (unsalted)
4ml vanilla  essence
pinch salt
30ml water
40g milk powder
 

Method

Rub butter into flour, add sugar, salt, water, milk powder and mix to form ball.

Rest and chill in cling film for 30 minutes.
