Ingredients
1 cup rhubarb
1/4 cup water
2 cups strawberries
1/2 cup honey
Method
Combine 1/4 cup water and 1 cup of rhubarb. Simmer on stove over medium high heat for 5 minutes.
Add 2 cups strawberries and 1/2 cup honey. Puree to smooth consistency in blender.
Pour on a fruit leather sheet and dry.
